As I tell my kids, adults sometimes get to swear. It's one of the few compensations for being an adult.

And that whole situation definitely led to swearing--I still look back on that time and shudder. I was simultaneously so happy and so angry that my fix only took five minutes and it took so many doctors to get there. And that was with good insurance!
