You have a much healthier attitude toward all this tech than I do!

I guess I'm not quite sure that if you thought about all those aspects of your trip, why you couldn't think of what you would pack, but I'm glad you found a use for ChatGPT. Personally, last week I had an article run through it, and the takeaway seemed like, "yes, this is fine, but this is how you could make it sound more like an article everyone would read"--or, in my opinion, how I could make my writing more generic. I don't think AI is doing us any favors when it tells us all to sound just like the person next to us. Boring.
